Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to develop certain Pokemon. The Upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop's photo disc and is sometimes offered as a reward in Pokemon GO events.
item upgrader can also be placed in armor, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and trinkets to increase their item level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests, based on the type of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be placed into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer bonus effects or attribute bonuses while the equipment is being used. Upgrade components can only be used on equipment that has an upgrade slot available. The majority of upgrade components require that the item being upgraded is above a certain level. Some upgrade items have special visual effects that can be seen when they are applied. Upgrade components can be obtained by crafting, purchased from karma traders, traded with other players on the Trading Post, used to repair equipment, or acquired as rewards in game.
A variety of upgrade components are available, each providing a different bonus. Universal upgrades, such as gems and inscriptions are able to be applied to any type of equipment. They provide fewer bonuses than other types of upgrade components. Infusions can be found in non-amulet equipment that is ascended and legendary equipment, and enrichments are used to upgrade certain ascended back items. Injecting an upgrade component can destroy the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs that can only be placed into gathering tools, and enchantments. Both are able to be removed and reinserted.
Insignias and enchantments will be displayed their names on the hover display of the item while prefix and suffix upgrades will add their name to the end of the name of the equipment (e.g. for example, a Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrades that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, such as ligatures, ornaments, fractions and swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you insert and examine these special characters, along with standard symbols such as em and en dashes, as well in trademark symbols registered to be used.

Each Glyph gives a character a boost in their primary stats. It also comes with up to four Secondary Stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a %-increase which is multiplied once other bonuses are applied, with the exception of Speed Glyphs which directly increase the hero's speed.
The Glyphs in your inventory can be activated by selecting them and then clicking the "enchant" button. This will bring up a new window that displays the Glyphs you own that can be applied to the item you have selected. Note that only the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the selected item and each weapon, piece of jewelry or armor piece may have an array of different Glyphs.
You can level up Glyphs by finishing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more challenging the dungeon is, the greater the amount of Glyph experience that you will earn. Once a Glyph has reached the level 15, it can be upgraded using the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrades to a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
When a Glyph is at the desired level you can activate it. Select it and click the "enchant button". The resulting glyph will provide its stated bonus and will also boost the other nodes that are within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed in areas that will benefit your building the most. This is why you should prioritize Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. The glyphs that are rare may offer dual bonuses when certain conditions are met which is why they're worth checking out for too.
Click the cycle widget to change the perspective of the Glyphs Panel. Each view will display the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow the selection of glyphs further by choosing an option beneath "Entire Font": for example, punctuation only shows punctuation glyphs; Math symbols restricts the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling involves establishing a new account in order to increase your chances of getting a character or weapon you'd like. It can aid in your progress to higher levels or to obtain more loot, for example, the best weapon for your current character. Many players repeat the roll until the character they desire is available, regardless of its power. It could be that they like the design or the personality of the character.
It is important to make clean changes every time you roll back. You should verify locally whether the patch is approved by the pre-commit test and run a core dev check. Upload the patch with a clear distinction to an issue (see What is an interdiff?) ).
Rerolls can take days or weeks to complete, based on your luck. To cut down on time avoid enemy camps that are optional during this time. In addition you should not re-do any quests that can be completed later in the game. This will save time and energy.
When rerolling, it's essential to be aware the upgrade system. There are many ways to improve your character's appearance and power. These can include upgrading your weapons, rerolling your characters and purchasing upgrades. In addition, it's crucial to be aware of the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling isn't a required part of the game, but it can be helpful to increase the chances of winning a specific character or weapon. It can be helpful when you're trying to find the best character to play or if you want to try out different play styles and builds.
Sets
A set is a collection of objects that share common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or members of a class). Sets permit operations like intersection, union and difference.
If you upgrade a set item, it transforms into a different version of itself that is better than the previous version. This means that weapons and armor will have a higher defense value and less requirements for strength.
Upgrades can bring items that are popular from single sets up to parity with items in higher-end sets. For instance upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to an Elite Spired Helm boosts the defense from 217 to 321 while reducing the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However it's important to remember that not all set items are good candidates for upgradation. Certain sets, like the FB Sorc spec's Whistan's Shield or Naj's Puzzler staff, are already Elite and Exceptional in their individual ways and do not need upgrading. On the other hand, certain items that are BiS and see frequent use (like Goldwrap) may benefit by being upgraded to boost their stats even more. For these types of items, it could be worth the cost to upp them.
